Dennis R Estep was born January 24, 1974. The youngest of five siblings Dennis Estep was raised in El Paso, TX., where his father was real estate broker since 1970. Dennis Estep became a licensed realtor in 1993 as he attended the University of Texas at El Paso at the age of nineteen. Growing up in a real estate family Dennis Estep would go with his father to the model homes as a young kid on appointments. To earn extra money growing up he would work for his father supervising his flips during the late 1990s.
From his relationships in the real estate community, Dennis was offered a position as a Marketing Manager with a New Home Builder in 1998. It was this opportunity he would gain his passion for new constructions. As new doors opened in Denis Estep career he started working with Rocky Mountain Mortgage Company as Loan Processor. For the next ten years, Dennis expanded his career in the Mortgage Industry as from a loan processor to a loan originator, branch manager and senior account executive for Bank of America for the Consumer Real Estate Division in Chicago IL. In 2005 Dennis relocated with his family for the first time in his life outside of El Paso in 31 years.
They moved to Chicago IL so Dennis could cut his teeth in the market to learn the IL law to open up a new startup mortgage company division for new home builder. In 2008 Dennis relocated back to El Paso to as sale manager with the same new home builder later coming the VP of sales. In 2010 Dennis reactivated his real estate license and joined the number on real estate firm in El Paso ERA Sellers Buyers and Associates. With the knowledge he has gained over the years he has helped to many builders grow their business and many homeowners to find their dream home.
